D & Arzelo. A demon summoner and his demon under contract #oc | #demon | #digitalart | #monster | #terato

Image shows conceptual art for two characters. On the left, a human man in dark clothing with his face obscured by heavy shadow cast by a hoodie he is wearing. On his left is a drawing of his hand in detail, showing the black rings worn on his fingers. Above that is a detail shot of his bare chest showing a dark, hand-like marking on his skin.
The character on the right is a black and red demon. To their right is a symmetrical portrait and a view of their back, showing red markings on their skin.

Having issues feeling engaged in my art again. I feel more satisfied working on detailed work, so I think that's the issue. As much as a like "character on blank bg" I've been drawn to backgrounds again as well
