Ironically, Spiny Flower Mantis aren't aggressive, but they're deadly predators that easily disguise themselves as flowers. Suits Shinobu a lot, especially in this AU where she's often seen as a lovely lady with fragile health.

In KNY SAGA AU breathings are an actual magic, so yeah, this huge mantis is real. The whole idea of this particular form is Shinobu creates a huge mantis and controls it like a puppet for a short time.

Posting a major spoiler for a game in the comments of someone who just said "I'm starting this game for the first time" is diabolically evil

The resource of magical batteries is limited, both in terms of capabilities and amount, so you need to use them wisely. But the power is enough to fight the evil, so the lack of mages in the army is compensated by magic battery users.

Magic in the Trigger universe is a resource. Not all people have a spark (a spark is a blessing from the gods/source of a mage's powers), so some mages are able to sell their magic without worrying because their magic resource has no limits

A new character has arrived, and so has the opportunity to tell another piece of Trigger's lore. Canned magic/magic batteries #trigger #originalcharacter #originaluniverse #originalstory #oc

I don't know who needs to hear this, but you don't need to justify your reading preferences and choices to anyone. Audiobooks count as reading. Also, you don't have to finish books you don't enjoy. Don't read to impress, read for yourself. Life's too short, love yourself, ok? Signed, a librarian.
