SPRING WRAP UP 1. A Sign of Affection I'm a bit regretful, that I didnt watch that anime as it was airing because the hype was totally justified. I love (almost) everything about this love story and it was fascinating to see the world filtered through Yuki's deafness. #shoujo #romance

328. Half Is More, Vol. 1 - licensed - From constantly being praised for speaking their native language well, to feeling stuck in a void between their parents' cultures, this follows several mixed race girls and women in Japan. The specifics are Japanese, but the microaggressions look very familiar.

Cover image for the manga Half Is More, Vol. 1. A young woman with dark skin and chin length twists, wearing a charcoal grey camisole top with a couple necklaces, cries as she shouts in frustrated anger.

A journal collage of stickers, washi tape, ink and scrapbook paper. The central image is of a lovely black woman with a peaceful expression while she holds a summer hat over her waist. She is surrounded by yellow themed flowers and images. There is a statement above her that says "decorate your world with love", and another below her that says "be kind".

I listened to "This & That", the latest Stray Kids' album and I liked it, esp. the songs that are designed to be played live like "Run It" and "After You". What I like the most about Skz is that no matter the trend, they are chasing, their songs always sound like them! It's very cohesive. #kpop

really enjoyed watching Agents of the Four Seasons' first season. a lot about love (incl. platonic), trauma, support, and recovery. A nice break from the boy-focused anime that's just about fighting and creepshots of the female characters.

Your invited to the Black Beach Party! Through the Week We're sharing beach art of characters from indie animation shows I like hanging out with our girls! You should come!

A colorful beach-party invitation illustrated in a lively cartoon style. Two young women in swimsuits pose for a selfie at the shore. One winks while holding a pink ice cream cone and wears heart-shaped sunglasses on her head; the other smiles while holding a tropical drink. Bright sunlight, splashing water, and energetic brushstrokes fill the scene with summer energy. A stitched teddy bear peeks into the frame from above, and an RSVP card marked "YES" appears in the corner.
