WOOF. I've never ridden so much in short amount of time, but it was a ton of fun! Even if I'm still feeling the effects of the ride this morning. 100 miles in two days! And they were right: it was definitely hilly.

Finally replaced the capacitors in my Super Nintendo tonight! It was kind of a chore, but I'm glad to have it done after staring at the little bag of caps for six months. The results speak for themselves!

Super Mario World on an LCD TV. The screen is discolored, and there are wavy lines all across the picture creating distortion.

Sad that GDQ is over :( BUT! I'm excited that I still have the little project I've put together using ErsatzTV and some ~creative acquisition methods~ to create a 24/7 stream of some of my favorite GDQ runs!

In other news, I built the Canoness and Sister Superior from my Combat Patrol this evening (with the Combi-Melta 😎)! I get that chain swords are cool but I love how pointy the normal swords are. That's how I know I'm good at this game. Making decisions based on pointiness.

Some small amount of progress has been made! I was really worried about the white bits on the pauldrons but, as always, I was saved by Nuln Oil. It looks a little messy on the robes, but again, live and learn!!

A few weeks ago my girlfriend said that it sounds like the part-timer we hired a few months ago doesn't actually know HTML and is faking it (because let's be real, the basics of HTML aren't difficult). Today I asked him to change a <ul> into an <ol> and he came back with this. The truth comes out.
