So sad. Some of these cuts feel like cultural vandalism. I grew up listening to these shows, still often have Radio 4 on around the house. Always something interesting to hear, to learn or an idea to think about. Of course the right is delighted: a weaker, less confident BBC is good for them.

Our Christian charity worker left this week and left this. It’s very sweet. God loves me! I love that even in her parting act she tried to save my rotten soul. I will really miss her she was a delight to have around.
