this song is the guiltiest pleasure 😂🫶🏼

today in music: the answer to "why isn't this plug-in installing, no matter how many times i install it" turned out to be that i installed it and kept clicking the wrong tab to look for it

i've been aggressively hiding/unfollowing every single one (and otherwise avoiding FB), and it is slowly starting to chill.

some of my 2024 highlights 🎈 🎥music chosen for new Jordan Peele film 📈organized crowdfunding of $700k for indie game 📣70 press hits / 500M views for retro game re-release 🎧produced 80 new songs 🍉raised $1000 for PCRF with local DJs 📚co-wrote 100pg game universe bible big gratitude going into 2025🫶🏼

thanks for doing this! let me know if there's still room. worked with indie game studios wearing a lot of different hats 🪖

I'm sorting my travel plans in the next few weeks. If I make it to SXSW I would definitely wanna check it out. (and DM me new music!)

000

it's because a lot of people reflexively follow a template that big studios use for immediately recognizable IPs. unless you have one big achievement you can point at (and even if you have that), most people just want to see the game

140

this one. 👆🏼 almost every creative person i've ever worked with (including myself) just wants enough to keep going, and keep doing the thing they love doing. if you're still here creating in 2025, you're doing something right 💕

going to LA was a big step for my career, and I can't recommend it enough to anyone trying to grow. (SXSW would be another power move to level-up)

i felt flames on my ankle just looking at this

i have too many stories to tell 👐🏼 hoping that something i said helped artists be better artists 💜

Saying you’re using AI to create art is like saying you’re using DoorDash to cook.

i don't need any more encouragement 🫣

i apologize on behalf of the delegation 🙏🏼 being too detached can be crazy in its own way. i've been working to meet the more sensitive folks in the middle 💜

i look back now, and i see how reacting unemotionally made people even more mad. but we really built this way 🥲🥲🥲

enjoy it 💚🤍❤️ i'm still getting mileage off of expressions from my jamaican ex 😂 in toronto it all blends together somehow

aquarius slander 😫 we are gold medalists in detachment. i demand a new reading 😂

That a dude with a couple cameras and a plate of appetizers can make something worth $82.5 million and a media company looks at that and goes "couldn't we make even more money if we had AI do it?" tells you exactly how stupid these people are

my mind is a battle between my logic and my intuition 😂 learning to trust it more the advice i give my close virgos -- overfilling someone else's cup won't fill yours. put that energy into yourself. give yourself the things you want deep down 💜

000

oh for sure. we all bring our own flavor to it. i have a few close virgos i care about a lot. i find that virgos are organized, reliable, and about public service. but also had to learn lessons about boundaries and giving too much to others 🤔

000

me: aquarius but i'm not that into astrology also me: *reading about ♒️* yeah that's me 😑 you feel like your sign represents you?

everybody loves a marshmallow so you're gonna make friends easily 💜 congrats on the game release!
