I want to believe this is true, but the days listed in Mendelson's letter don't align with the 'days in session' shown on congress.gov calendar. So I'm curious what the source for the 30 listed dates are?

I think there's an error in this post; it says "Notably, all five of the busiest bikesharing systems in the United States are publicly owned by their respective municipalities and operated by Lyft." Pretty sure Citi Bike and Bay Wheels are owned by Lyft, not the municipalities.
