No pts for EP40 tonight but he had a hell of a game - it’s just so nice to see after 2 1/2 years of struggling #Canucks

Dan Machholz @danmachholz.bsky.social · 23h

I know he’s young, I know he’s not Hughes & I know after some guys sign a huge contract they try to do “extra” to live up to the deal…….but Buium has not really had many moments in these 1st few games where I’m like “yeah, that guys going to be elite” hope he gets there sooner than later #Canucks

Who’s the MOST likeable guy on this rendition of the #Canucks? I’m going with Uncle Luke

Because I began watching in late 88’ I don’t have many memories of Tanti - so this is a question for REALLY OLD fans like @paul-chapman.bsky.social & @dhaliwalsports.bsky.social is Boeser this #Canucks era’s version of him? ie: pretty solid scorer but will be overlooked due to lack of team success?

I mean ….this is kinda how we figured it would go anyway…..#Canucks

I wonder if goaltending will be a point of concern for the Oilers this season?

Dan Machholz @danmachholz.bsky.social · 30/09/2026

You know that feeling when the #Canucks are doing their death march to end the season around late Feb and you’re watching the games stress free cuz nothing matters? It’s weird starting a season with that feeling….

With Demko once again a question mark due to injury - who’s in your “What If” #Canucks Hall of Fame?

Who’s excited for a new #Canucks season??? …..anyone? ….Bueller?

Dan Machholz @danmachholz.bsky.social · 12/09/2026

With NHL expansion in the horizon can we be open to adding a play in round for the post season? I’d like to see the #Canucks challenge for a playoff spot before I retire…..

…..I mean….like $60 bucks isn’t an obscene price to fork out….he was also pretty good when these where in the rotation right? …….RIGHT?!?!

Wouldn’t it be cool if there was a place we could go listen to an analysis on this deal?

I was thinking - sports is pretty big these days, and Vancouver has a large and diverse fanbase…..it could use like a “sports talk” like radio station to cover the local sports as well as all the other sports across the globe (or disc based on your beliefs) - am I crazy with this idea?

My kid is diving into my old CD 💿 collection - 2 questions…. 1. Did anyone else ever save their concert ticket stubs like this? 2. When did concert prices get so absurd? $30 got you on the floor in 95’ !!!!

I wouldn’t say I “Hate” Vegas as much as I once did….it’s more of a resignation to the fact that they’ll always be in the mix and that sucks ….it’s so off putting as a fan of a long suffering franchise to see these guys in their 3rd cup final in less than a decade of existence…..gross

Watching the 10 year anniversary video the #Canucks dropped in 2004 about the 94’ Cup run….great piece but I just hate that choppy greyed out filter they use on the highlights for some of the goals, its takes away from so pretty cool alt angles of classic plays - I get it’s a memory thing - still 👎🏻

Just saw the Micheal Jackson 🎥 - was sitting there watching it kinda thinking “wouldn’t it be nice if this was actually the whole story….” tough to not think about everything else that comes with him while sitting there - glad I went, even caught myself tapping along once in awhile - mixed feelings

I know Bure left in his prime but that was to a very poor FLA team, I’ve never witnessed a guy leave the #Canucks and do what Hughes is doing in Minny during my fandom….i don’t care for it TBH 😒

Just a quick look at the #3 overall pick over the last decade-ish, other than Leon…..not a lot of “Game Changers”
