Got COVID and flu (mRNA)shots together on Wednesday Two lessons learned the hard way! 1) One shot in each shoulder distributed the pain but meant no comfortable side to sleep on. 2) Getting them the day after a heavy workout? Uh uh I have been so achy for two days and still recovering.
