Finally got around to doing the big end of season beret wash. (To be clear, they get washed during the season too but not after every single wear so I do a big final wash.) #KnitSky

Ossa dei morti (bones of the dead) for Day of the Dead. This is part of a long term project where I make a new traditional food related to Halloween and Halloween adjacent holidays. Suggestions for next year welcome- I've already made barmbrack, soul cakes, and pan de muerto.

When I want to knit but have nothing on the needles and no brain power to start something big, I knit stuff like this. No patterns - just messing around til I get something cute. I often add ribbon and gift them as ornaments. #KnitSky

I won a giveaway from @rosieethor.bsky.social and recently got this beautiful book in the mail. Only a few stories in and I'm very much enjoying it.

The past few knits have been duds but this baby's pretty perfect and I'm really pleased. I should have made the shoulders slightly narrower but that's a chronic issue and will likely go on my tombstone. #FinishedKnits

Call these my retirement socks because they're the last pair of fancy socks I've knit in probably a decade. They were fun to knit but I did have to use 0s and when they were finished I felt like my skills had peaked for this garment. Pattern is "Kristi" from Sock Inovation by Cookie A #Knitting
