As we witness climate obstruction in real time at #COP30, this @cssn.org presser w/ @timmonsroberts.bsky.social, @daniellefalzon.bsky.social, @maxboykoff.bsky.social and Carlos Milani to discuss a new global assessment on climate obstruction is rather timely. Details: cssn.org/news-researc...

💡 @timmonsroberts.bsky.social makes 3 points at the @caadcoalition.bsky.social & @ucs.org presser #COP30: 1 Disinformation is everywhere 2 Those w/ structural power deploy disinformation to maintain status quo. 3 Solutions exist & they're urgent. More info @cssn.org & cssn.org/news-researc...

Question for environmental health/toxics folks! Anyone have real data or studies they can point me to on the environmental health risks of (recycled) rubber mulch, such as that used on playgrounds, or finer ground rubber gravel on athletic fields? My google scholar-ing has been inconclusive

spoke to @aaup.bsky.social pres Todd Wolfson about AAUP's suit against the Trump admin over campus deportations: “They're abducting people off the streets. They're forcing Columbia to pass rules that say students can't protest wearing masks, yet when they abduct people, they're all wearing masks.”

Hi Bluesky! Not what I thought my first post would be on here, but I’m looking for a source for this great figure! I saved it from a post not too long ago and I’d like to properly cite for my students and others. Does anyone know who/where it came from?
