Latest update on the potential new property. OT suggested sockets in the floor, apparently this isn't possible as floor is thin concrete that easily snaps, plus there isn't much foundation so the property rests on it. They have completed their asbestos check, although haven't told me the results.

We got to spend some time with this brilliant, smart cookie Daniel
@DanielBaker eu.
He's got a physics degree, he writes code and he's worked alongside
NASA. He's done so much of this from his bedroom because his house
isn't accessible.
Daniel told me and @MunazaRafiq he's been on the housing waiting list
for seven years and it's not been easy.
The District Councils' Network @districtcouncil says disabled people are
being failed by the planning system with too little accessible housing
being built.

Agree there seems to be lots of bias as LLMs seem to generally be getting data randomly from the internet (such a factually accurate place). I think it can be a useful tool, but for critical systems I have concerns.
