Shipping updates for the whole world!! 🌎 We are working our hardest to keep things working for you. Thank you for your business as always! Your continued orders mean so much to us, especially now.

OUR DEAR AMERICAN FRIENDS:

The short-fingered vulgarian head of state has pushed off implementing the tariffs for 72 hours in order to do some paperwork. At present, **we are shipping as usual,** and have changed our shipping settings to access the best rates possible, so we expect shipping to the US to continue with little to no disruption.

OUR DEAR EUROPEAN FRIENDS:

There has been a lot of chaos lately about shipping to Europe with the new regulations around packaging and packaging waste regulation. As a result, a lot of small businesses have stopped shipping to Europe. We saw this happen with Germany in 2022 with the implementation of VerpackG, and again across Europe with changes to product safety requirements in 2024, and both times shipping bounced back. We expect the same to happen here, especially with carveouts for small businesses coming very soon.

In the meantime, **we are shipping to Europe as normal.** We are currently making some tweaks to get better rates and guaranteed duties paid upfront, and are keeping an eye on the situation.

THE REST OF OUR FRIENDS:
We don’t want you to be left out of these special announcements, so please thank your government on our behalf for not prompting new shipping snafus every ten minutes. And for anyone from China reading: we’ve had some requests recently to accept Alipay and Unionpay. We’re looking into it!

Would love to never have to make one of these announcements again, but in précis: if the planned tariffs go ahead, we will still be here, and in the meantime we are getting US orders across the border as fast as we can.

Hello again, our dear American friends!

Unfortunately, your repugnant, petty, vindictive "president" has decided to "punish" Canada for not magically solving climate change by forcing the American people to pay a 50% tariff on select goods. How this makes sense, we don't know, but we the people will get through this together.

These tariffs are supposed to go into effect August 19th. Trump has backed out before, and all his other tariffs have been declared illegal and been withdrawn, but if they do go ahead, there will be possible tariffs on jewelry and kits.

As such, if there's anything you need promptly, please put in an order very soon, as we will be rushing American orders out the door until the 18th. We will still be shipping after that, we just can't guarantee they won't be tariffed at the border, as that is beyond our control.

Thank you for continuing to support us, so that we can continue to support your cosplay builds! We're also rooting for a future, fair America under humane leadership; solidarity forever."
