The DIY journeys continues – after enjoying #Loop for a long while, I took the plunge (with support from the fab DIY community) to #Trio’s new public beta. So far I’m loving it – it’s intuitive, familiar and very customisable. I’m yet to enable dynamic features (as it needs 7 days of data) 💙 #T1D

After a week of hypo’s and rebound 🎢 it occurred to me that my basal rates need adjusting after losing a stone of weight (still more to go!). A reminder (at least to myself) of the importance to check these and not forget once they’re programmed in, which I suspect many of us do💙 #T1D #Type1Diabetes
