You can, but you cannot for the chart name field of the SSC. I guess you can as you could with Emojis but you have to do it in the text file rather than in the in-game editor, but I have not test it with question mark. Two different fields

I actually had a good episode 9 of TADC showing yesterday. Talked to a person before the movie, a caine cosplayer gave everyone free merch (I got zooble, not just keychains), phone was dead & someone texted me the QR code link, & the audience was behaved. Not smelly & no negativity. I got lucky
