Yesterday there was a young male resident learning with my female primary care. I tried to explain chronic fatigue to him 3 or 4 times in different ways. By the end he was still equating it with tiredness. The woman got it immediately. Women are diagnosed with chronic fatigue 2-4 times more.

It’s telling that I’ve seen so many European Americans (white folks) more upset about the White House (a colonial monument built by enslaved people) than I have the complete decimation of Palestine over the past two years. Both were done with our money. Only one killed over 680,000 people.

Doctor’s offices remain some of the most inaccessible places I visit. No one is masking. There is rampant anti fatness. Everyone seems shocked to see a wheelchair. And the offices barely fit the humans let alone mobility devices and service dogs. #DisabilitySky
