I few months ago I bought a kilo of pre-peeled garlic, chopped off the ends, and put it in the food processor. Then froze it in a ziploc bag with indentations to make it easy to break off. Each square is about 2 cloves worth. Did the same with a heap of ginger. This has been absolutely gamechanging.

Training a model like ChatGPT-3 can consume 5.4 million litres of water. 4 2.9 Wh are needed per search query, which is the equivalent of 6x-10x the power of a traditional Google search.
$ 140 Wh are needed to write a 100-word email, equivalent to 7 full charges ol iPhone Pro Max.
