It doesn’t even affect me specifically since there’s basically no level caps once you’re LI banned, but it’s crazy watching teams I coach that should reasonably be making gold bracket get forced into silver or outright eliminated because we let d4 teams play. Atp getting gold bracket depend on luck

I wouldn't let it weight on you too much. Its obviously upsetting but you're also not doing anything wrong by expecting basic respect from other players. Keep your head up, and if you don't want to deal with it, check if someone else on your team is willing to handle disputes in the future.

Its really annoying that people get upset at you, this community as a whole has a weirdly hard time following basic rules. I've had actual top players get mad at me because the TO decided to give us the set after the top players failed to join the room after 15 minutes.

thats just not how 52 was played. you throw the wall forward so everyone else can walk up and paint. everything strong about 52 is based around the wall and paint was definitely the least important factor when nerfing this weapon its still hitscan and will bully shooters that arent 96 gal

I think a lot of discussion around the meta lacks an understanding that what makes it bad isnt just the weapons its the huge playstyle change from how the game used to be played. A lot of fundamentals changed.

Looking for a div 5-4 team that
- is 18+
- plays at EU-friendly times
- is neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ friendly
- practices around 1-2 times a week (i can maybe do more but i'd have to see first)
- if div 5 team, is fine playing with a Low Ink banned player

I'm very active in behind-the-scenes community work (e.g. SBA, Community Census, TOing) and do coaching and occasionally educational content. That means my availability is a bit scuffed, usually it should be easy to schedule around but there may be some days that I can't play because of e.g. TOing. Generally, my ability to grind practice is a bit limited, I might not be able to play X or do individual practice as much, I'm probably not fit for a team that wants to grind like crazy.

Played Smash for the first time in 6 years. Not as washed as I expected but my adaptation was definitely slow. Somehow had to play every person in a friend group and knocked them out of bracket. That was fun.
