As if we don't already know what the outcome will be. Pro-business, in whatever way the court can twist precedent, case-law, and the wording of the constitution to support it. If they can't do any of that, they'll cite precedent from the Colonies, as if it has any bearing on the law.

I'm so sorry you're having to put up with that. People think there's all these resources to take care of people because they've never been in a position to find out. But the resources aren't there. I've turned away three individuals and two families from our shelter since lunch. We're at capacity.

At the shelter today I met a nurse. She works full time, and has two kids. They're all homeless and living in the shelter. This woman spent a full hour today at work performing lifesaving CPR while there was a delay in treatment. She fully held a life in her hands and is sleeping in a bunk bed.

This is part of the "militarization of journalism" trend wherein harsh criticism is equated to assault. "Attacks" "SLAMS" "Fires a broadside" "warning shot" and so on. Whenever this is deployed it serves a propaganda function of making some people feel action is being taken, and others outraged.
