A start on a smaller, more sensitive Carnotaurus portrait. I want it to be a delicate drawing. We'll see how that goes as I'm generally a bit heavy handed.

Life size Carnotaurus progress. Roughly the same length as the Cryolophosaurus surprisingly, but the skull is much, much deeper. #carnotaurus #paleoart #paleontology #dinosaurs #dinosaurart

Rough colour plan for a life size Carnotaurus portrait. I wanted to avoid the typical red and blacks that are so commonly used for this animal. The research was SO much easier for this one than the Cryolophosaurus. More papers, better photos, better 3D reference, SKIN IMPRESSIONS.

I'm super excited to finally reveal my life size Cryolophosaurus ellioti portrait! After 77 hours over five weeks, this is the largest, most detailed dinosaur I've ever drawn (so far). She was named 'Angry Granny' by my three year old daughter.

Today's plan was to get the Cryolophosaurus photographed for prints but we're snowed in so it'll have to wait. I'll see if I can get some good photos by the end of the day.

This is a cave drawing on Jurassic limestone of an Amargasaurus. All my cave drawings have sold except five. Message me if you're interested. It's £55 plus p&p but bear in mind it's a literal rock 😂 #cavedrawing #caveart #paleoart

Let's get started with this Alamosaurus. This is one of my favourite recent illustrations. Going for an atmospheric vibe and really trying to push the sense of scale to communicate the sheer size of this beast. A3 with watercolour. . . . . . . . #dinosaurs #dinosaurart #paleoart #paleontology

I thought it was time to give Bluesky a shot. So to introduce myself... My name is Lee and I am a paleoartist living on the Jurassic Coast of the UK. I specialise in drawing dinosaurs with traditional mediums. You can expect to see finished works, in progress sketches as well as drawing tutorials!
