I emailed this to my MP about it. I suggest people avoid moral arguments and, instead focus on the harm this amendment will do to economic growth.

Dear Dr Lauren Sullivan,
Please can you oppose NC21 in The UK Data (Use and Access) Bill. This is as it would create a contradiction in UK law, between this and GDPR. There was a recent CJEU ruling against Hungary on data recording of sex, which found that what this New Clause would seek to do is unlawful. Given that the text of UK GDPR legislation hasn't changed since we left the EU, the reasoning behind the ruling also applies in the UK. If NC21 is passed, it would hinder economic growth & would need to be undone in order to realign with the EU to boost growth.

I fully trust that you will ensure this anti-growth clause is voted down.
