BLTP2 is often overexpressed in breast cancer, we were wondering why. Please check out the latest collaboration of the @retof.bsky.social lab with Subhrajit Banerjee and the Prinz lab: www.nature.com/articles/s41... Thank you Lab Katta for the YouTube summary www.youtube.com/shorts/5Oih-...

I have seen lots of flavors of smart/event-driven microscopy, and this builds directly on the shoulders of existing works, but also takes this idea an important step further, both conceptually and in terms of accomplishments. www.nature.com/articles/s41...

I am thrilled to be posting about this paper that came out yesterday from @retof.bsky.social Reto's lab. The world sucks but amazing science will still prevail, and take my word for it this paper is special. (A thread)

The self-driving multiscale microscope from @daetwylerstephan.bsky.social is out. It can image an entire zebrafish embryo longitudinally and follow a volume of interest over time with high resolution. We used it to study cancer-immune cell interactions. www.nature.com/articles/s41...

Relatively straightforward integration into an OPM, much better long term imaging stability.

Our debut here 🥰 Non-invasive intravital imaging of wound in skin epithelium of a juvenille zebrafish fed with a High-Cholesterol diet (HCD) versus a Normal Diet (ND) Zebrafish is an outstanding model to study how diet and metabolic disease impact neutrophils Keep following us, spread the word!

Biological processes are inherently multi-scale in nature, however simultaneous observations of subcellular processes and entire organisms have remained challenging. Here, we introduce self-driving multi-scale microscopy to image processes in development and disease: www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1...
