Proof of Life lol. Hello all! Just checking in. Life has been crazy. A lot of personal dynamic life-shifts happening. Trying to get on as a firefighter recruit, and that’s been a journey so far. Just been keeping busy and training, taking care of kids and working. Life be lifing, as my teens say!

Life is crazy - - full of ups and downs. I have had some pretty low moments lately; but I think back to all the lowest moments I had before this, and I came out them triumphantly. As the phrase goes: “This too shall pass”. At least my hair has some volume while I sulk 🤣💯🤘

The exercises are chosen for me. I follow an app. The 1,000 rep challenge for this week was all leg exercises. Mixture of lunges, squats, hinges, stuff like that. Next week‘s challenge will be all upper body for 1000 reps.
