Looked better with its clothes on. Cake layers weren't flat, frosting distribution was good, cake tasted incredible, super light, Swiss buttercream is WAY better than that gritty American stuff. Lessons learned, maybe I can cook pastry proficiently. Which sucks because I'm type I diabetic
