I know this S10 is up there in age, but it's funny how intensive things like YouTube, Maps, games, and modern browsers still open and run faster and hang far less often on it than this app, which is mostly text and still images with a UI so simple that it could have been designed in 2010.

It feels like I'm hosting Match Game looking at all of these blanks.

Va. (WSET) — Not everyone is convinced that ending the twice-yearly clock changes is the right move.

The Sunshine Protection Act, which would make Daylight Saving Time permanent, is headed to the U.S. Senate for consideration. But Virginia senators Tim Kaine and Mark Warner say they are not yet convinced the proposal is the best option.

The lawmakers point to history as a reason for their skepticism. Congress approved a similar measure in the 1970s, and President Richard Nixon signed it into law. The experiment with permanent Daylight Saving Time lasted less than a year before it was repealed following public backlash.

Warner said he generally prefers having more evening daylight but worries about the potential impact on students during the winter months.

"I do worry," Warner said. "Though I err on the side of more sunshine, the fact of what happens…
