It’s free labour, without training, development or leave entitlements. Employers should pay minimum wage. As it is, people work for a benefit - below the poverty line - they’re entitled to as part of an economic system that can’t function without unemployment. It’s obscene.

1/2 Customs’ focus was the ‘war on drugs’ until Tampa. Prior to that they were opportunistic about refugees, using boat arrivals to get more resources. After Tampa the government refocused on refugees & terrorism. Then we invaded Iraq and everybody lost their fucking minds.
