I cannot imagine why our local Council (Swansea) never want to do anything about blocked cycle paths, shared use paths, double yellows etc, bloody etc… On a completely unrelated matter, here’s a #SwanseaCouncil work van parked on a pavement (it’s a regular visitor to this stretch of pavement)

Come to Swansea where both the Council and South Wales Police condone this type of behaviour. This from just a 15 minute walk this morning. Pedestrians and their safety are simply inconsequential.

Day 7 Swansea Council have cleared the rubble but not the ‘slippery under foot’ grit. On the upside, we now have additional traffic control in place on this speeding-plagued street. We have a ‘cone’ That’ll fix it 🙄 👏…….👏…….👏…….

Bloody cyclists, demolishing a wall and blocking a safe pedestrian route. Oh, no, my mistake it was a car. Swansea Council’s answer ? Shut the pavement (school just 200m further along) and do nothing - no safe crossing, no alternative - just nothing…

South Wales Police Zero interest in prosecuting dangerous driving in proximity to pedestrians, horse riders or cyclists. Also SWP, mounting an operation to fine cyclists on Queen St in Cardiff. SWP: choosing laws to enforce and who’s worthy of their effort.
