A second train derailment in 24 hours. It seems, not confirmed yet, that the exceptional heat is causing instability in the substrate under the rails. Will they have to shutdown the whole network, pending inspection of all track?

Also, describing Broad Street as a 'cultural hub' is laughable. I mean technically it has a theatre and a concert hall, but it's dominated by terrible bars selling cheap alcohol to the dregs of the city.
