Radosław Sikorski, Poland's minister of Foreign Affairs, has more balls than the entire Republican party. Meanwhile, our president is blaming Ukraine for diesel prices. What a fucking embarrassment.

Biggest but that I think should be acceptable is classic NPC AI in video games. That's not the same thing as the AI you're referring to.

If you don't know your multiplication tables well, 11x11 will look like sorcery to just solve. You still gotta know how to do 11x11 there, and that takes table memorization, which isn't easy for everyone. Some will still break 11x11 down into 10x10 and 10x1 and 1x1.

How many people would pay for this? I would never buy a unity asset unless I was making a commercial project but I know a lot of people who used to buy assets just for VRChat.

I know, in the big picture, this is is a drop in the bucket. But I still find it upsetting. The man takes good care of his goats, and in his years of traveling with them, has had no issues until reaching up-tight Northern Virginia, where god forbid anyone be the least bit eccentric.

This seems like it's more of an education industry tool that trinkles down to streamers. I think schools need more stuff like this.

That's not how you ended a line break then and not how you do it now, but I assume that's the joke? 😆 HTML of old sites was rarely clean and tidy even if it was made by a so-called professional.

It advances fast but also degrades just as fast. Thankfully, we don't hack together table layouts and iframes for everything, but I miss Macromedia Flash and Dreamweaver. Both were amazing to work with.

I just tried to check out the point shop and I can't, because it's tied to twitch and I do not use twitch. I would like to earn points some other way. Maybe you could make that possible? I'd still like to play with all the site's features even if I don't get access to all the twitch related prizes.

Facebook sees fit to remind me of the time I did Assassin's Creed cosplay on horseback so I might as well share this image again it's been a while

photo of me 12 years ago, on a bay mare. I'm wearing leather chaps and a white and blue coat based on the main character's outfit in Assassin's Creed 3. The horse is standing on grass, there's trees in the background

Doing nothing is often better than doing something if that something makes matters worse. In this context, I agree that it's good to lead by example and prove to others that certain lifestyles are possible, even if your direct actions aren't going to fix anything on their own.

It's also not reasonable to expect the average citizen to know everything that a company does that's wrong. It is, however, your responsibility to reach for the best alternative power whenever you can. 90% of my power comes from renewables with 10% being literal coal I use when necessary.
