First trip to Haidilao today! I made about five trips to the condiment bar, had my senses blasted by 🌶️ sichuan ma la soup 🌶️ (wd have it no other way) and had some of my fave hotpot ingredients which are, um, spam and fishballs. (they soak up the flavours!) also witnessed the noodle dance. GRATE
