Our Police State is out of control. 5 state troopers, 2 or 3 city officers, and 9 armed responders is various quasi-uniforms (and questionable degrees of fitness) for one man in shorts and a t-shirt?! There was clearly no urgency - one man even doffed his protective gear to go get the man.
