I made a translation of my latest video to Uruguayan Spanish, I'm so willing to dub it and make my video available to more people.Youtube Studio shows me the Audio Column as if telling me that I have access to this feature yet I can't find a way to use it, this is infuriating. Is Youtube Trolling rn
