I try not to read comments. If I do & someone is cruel, I block them; diff of opinion is one thing, unkindness/cruelty is another & I will not give them air I balance w good news I do believe in most people being good & try not to be a moth, confusing a lamp for the moon, or a screen for the world

I was kidding ... I know it freezes - but only because people have told me, not from personal experience! 😄 You have waaaaaay more self-control than I do!! 💪 (I really thought, the time I made three at once, that at least *one* of them would make it to the freezer! 🤦‍♀️)

What? Make yes - but freeze? DOES it freeze? How do you know? (The longest banana bread has ever lasted in my house is two days, & that was when I was trying to be very, VERY good. 😄) I once made 3 at once (3 different recipes) & it was a *delicious* few days. None made it to the freezer. 🤦‍♀️

😊 I really do like my dehydrator. I am ALL for food preservation & pantry preparedness in all its forms, and I love Past Me so much so often for thinking and working ahead, especially for perishable items like bananas & mushrooms. 🥰

Actually mine aren't crunchy! I think commercial banana chips are dipped in oil (or something) - that's what makes them crunchy. Just regular ol' banana slices are soft / chewy. 🥰 I dehydrate just about any excess fruit I can, even frozen fruit - good for snacking, adding to oatmeal ... yum! 😃

I have just had a good rummage and discovered I have NO dried bananas!! How did that happen?! (I buy multiple bags of marked-down bananas & dehydrate them myself - Mmmmmm ... 😊) I think when I wasn't eating proper meals all summer, I was eating dried bananas instead & somehow ate the lot. 🤦‍♀️

Funny ... a stir-fry & noodles usually does it for me. 🤔 (Stir-fry & noodles is one of my top 5 fav dishes & solves almost *any* problem. 🤩) You ARE funny - your brain has simply hiccuped into a parallel universe for a moment. Some Bake-Off, a good sleep, a long walk - it will return soon. 😊

Me too - & the older I get, the more I understand, & the more I *really* hate it. 😖 Especially since w/o even understanding, I did really well advocating for myself, & my needs kept being ignored or bulldozed over. My mother used to say 'Too soon old & too late smart' - better late than never. 🤷‍♀️

I took myself to the nearest dental clinic where I horrified the receptionist & she got me in immediately. Afterward, the dentist drove me home (!!) (Perhaps I horrified him too. 😲) I told him he had a nice car & as I was getting out of it, I noticed it was a Porsche. Nice car indeed! 😄

I washed it off, stuck it back in the socket & IIRC correctly, it lasted quite a bit (years) longer. (One did for sure; I can't remember about the other, but I think so.) At the time I was more worried about my mother finding out I had a skateboard & mad at missing the interview than anything else.

THX! I WAS pretty proud of being able to skate in a tight skirt & nice shoes though! (Not skimpy tight! Just not a loose flow-y skirt of any kind. And SHOES WITH A BIT OF HEEL! 🤩) I bet I would have made a heck of an impression at the job interview! Maybe not a *good* one. 😄 But memorable! 😃

I'VE NO IDEA! 🤦‍♀️ I was watching them the entire time, wondering if they'd let me pass or if I'd need to stop. They could have done ANY thing at ANY time & it would have been okay. Instead they hit me hard enough to throw me to the ground & knock out a tooth. 😖 Bloodied but still beautiful. 😊

I did the same thing, tearing up my knees falling* off a skateboard, but w/o tearing my nylons** Never did figure out how! 😲 * STUPID DRIVER watching me skate down THE ENTIRE HILL, then pulled out when I was less than 3' from the car 🤦‍♀️ 😡 ** on my way to a job interview & wanted to look nice. 😊

No bicycle, but a friend & I went acorn & chestnut picking just yesterday!! The chestnuts weren't *quite* ready, but the acorns were already coming down and she was very pleased with what she found. 😊
