Will Phoenix @cupoftea.social · 09/07/2025I've had alot of issues with MOV pressings. This bought from just under 2 years was full of crackle and gunk. Calmed it right down with several washes but the compound and pigments left dirty. Anyway Time for Chillout Chicane - Far From The Maddening Crowds #vinyl #NowPlaying #NowSpinning 020 2

Will Phoenix @cupoftea.social · 23/06/2025After the DJ set last night I had some ones that didn't quite fit the 90s. This from 2001 . I could have said it was recorded 1998 and 2000 that it counted. But still I play this enough in my other sets but it slams at home on the headphones Daft Punk - Discovery #vinyl #NowPlaying #NowSpinning 030 3

Will Phoenix @cupoftea.social · 15/06/2025The last one to be listened to because I already have the original which was also mastered by Miles Showell before he moved to Abbey Road. So it's a interesting compare of the same guy with different tools. Less wax cut on the new version but sounds better. Underworld - Barking #vinyl #NowPlaying 030 3

Will Phoenix @cupoftea.social · 14/06/20253rd time lucky with this? First copy was warped and clicky. 2nd was clicky on side C. Side C on this one is fine. 2nd ones A and B are fine. Will Phoenix @cupoftea.social · 11/06/2025A record I've neglected until discogs randomly picked it out. Would sound mega on a 2 LP but like most that came out around this time it's trapped on a single LP a little too much a side. Biffy Clyro - Only Revolutions #vinyl #NowPlaying 020 2
Will Phoenix @cupoftea.social · 11/06/2025Had to show someone the sheer absurdity of No Reason at 4mins taking up an entire side on this 3LP version. Will Phoenix @cupoftea.social · 09/06/2025Starting off Monday correctly. Trying to show someone the Analogue Productions 2x45rpm issues are worth the money. This is probably my best sounding record. Wish they did more rather than MoFi putting it into DSD Stone Temple Pilots - Core #vinyl #NowPlaying 040 4

Will Phoenix @cupoftea.social · 03/06/2025I'd like to thank Royal Fail for getting my @publicbroadcast.bsky.social vinyl to me with a split at the top. The local depot really doesn't look after vinyl. Asked for replacement to not use them. #vinyl 020 2
Will Phoenix @cupoftea.social · 03/06/2025Checking a replacement copy. 1st copy was number 2581 this is number 0808 oddly for a "sold out" I was just expecting 29xx. Will Phoenix @cupoftea.social · 29/05/2025Having a comparison between 2 and 3LP versions of this. It's interesting with stuff that's electronic and where there is only a small difference like Space Shanty. But big difference is in Storm 3000 so far. With a massive difference in surface room Leftfield - Leftism #vinyl #NowPlaying 020 2
