iiinova — where your digital self keeps evolving

As for Pride, not all Prides are created equally. I’ve been a co-founder of a Pride in South Georgia, and have been a co-chair and lead volunteer for Atlanta Pride for over a decade. The Pride experience is what you make it. Go in with low expectations and let it surprise you.

I did P-town for my 30th birthday. I had a blast, but I went with friends. I definitely suggest going with someone who knows the lay of the land.

Roll your clothes to save on space. Since you’ll have a laundry set up, try and pack things that work in multiple combinations. Pair down toiletries to necessities.

Threading can definitely be very frustrating. I’ve nearly tossed a few machines in my day. Once you get that done, though, it’s pretty straightforward. I definitely suggest a muslin mock up, though. Much cheaper for learning mistakes. Lol

Have you ever sewn before? 6 months can be enough time, but I definitely suggest doing a mock up out of muslin or something else cheap so that you don’t ruin the expensive fabric if you make mistakes along the way.

I second the motion. All in favor, say “Aye.”

I adore Chicago, and would love to move there as soon as circumstances change. Great weather, great people, and there’s a beach if you’re into that sort of thing.

Don’t let yourself tell you what to do.

Logan on one end, Victor on the other, and if I die, I die.

Practice poses in the mirror or with a camera timer ahead of time. When I cosplay a specific character, I have to do all of that like it’s part of building the costume because my first year cosplaying showed me that I’m not good enough to freestyle it in the moment. Lol

For my two cents, I came because you’re hot, but I stayed for the nerdy content. I appreciate how open you are about your struggles. It’s very relatable.

I’m going for full Firefly companion glam. Maybe I can find a few “clients” while I’m there. 🤣

Let me just say that as someone with their own body stuff, I totally understand the sentiment. That being said, I think that your cosplays looked great, and this internet stranger thinks you’re being far too hard on yourself. You have a great body. Be kind to yourself while you strive for health.

I’m waiting on my fall fest outfit to arrive so I can start the stoning process.

Literally me at work walking through construction zones in heels while the boys are walking ahead, getting dirty or whatever.

The more I see of Domina in OW on twitch, the more I realize how much I wish Invisible Woman played like her in Rivals. I know she fell victim to the woman = healer trope, but Sue Storm should be a shield tank. Let Reed be the healer by reflecting shots with his elastic body and using gadgets.

I always want to stop when I visit Chicago, but rarely have time. I’m always there to perform and then leave. Hopefully I can make this move happen in the next year or so, and then I can see the pretty flowers.

The scene in Spice World where Geri, Mel C, and Victoria are talking to the boy in a coma. Victoria has a hilarious dry sense of humor that gets displayed there.

It’s the eternal struggle. To paraphrase a cliche, it doesn’t matter how many times you get knocked down. It matters how many times you get back up.

I missed posting about it, but I hit level 38 last night. My first birthday as myself. Here’s to one more trip around the sun.

Wait why do we call July Wrath Month and not Prejudice Month, we're being too Christian and insufficiently Austen about it
