Last night, at Providence Park's Homecoming celebration, a board member called it a ladder out of the hole of homelessness. He said he used to see a social problem. Now he sees people.

It's a 50-acre village of tiny homes in southern Pulaski County, created by a county government and a nonprofit working together. Neighbors pay modest rent, get care at an onsite clinic, and live alongside volunteers. Over 200 partners help make it work.
