This just won’t happen bc Ukraine can and will still fight. Peace can’t be forced and Krasnov/putin will realize this eventually. I still bet my last $10 Putin refuses this current peace deal for this reason and others above but we shall see.

I see your point. But with what you just described a 30 day ceasefire would help Ukraine more. The issues with the Russian army won’t be resolved in 30 days. Ukraine could rearm, reequip, rest soldiers, and prepare for more aggressive action. Ru is hanging by a thread and will be still after 30 days

Putin won’t accept this — it’s a landmine by Zelenskyy. 30 days would give Ukraine the ability to better fortify the whole contact line. Putin doesn’t want this because they believe UA’s fortifications are weak and it’s part of why they relentlessly (and stupidly) assault in meat waves.

This is the surrenderer-in-chief. He gave up Syria and our Kurdish allies, “negotiated” around the Afghanistan government ensuring any pullout was a catastrophe, and gave Kim Jong Un propaganda on a silver platter at the DMZ. He only knows surrender and he will sale us all for pocket change.
