It is kinda funny that in interviews, the writers are like, 'we didn't want the audience to know, so we made it obvious.' and like 99% of the audience still called it. #lanterns

This book makes my stomach hurt. Their society is very weird and puritanical. I hate how they talk about sex, but enjoy the way the main character agonizes about it. I like how gross the mom is. The writing is very direct. So far, I'm enjoying it! #booksky #bookrecs

I don't know how the writers expect me to be normal after tonights episode. Also, soundtrack was sorta fearandhunger-esque. 10/10. #Lanterns

Can't wait to see my favorite troubled bisexual tonight! (this is about John Stewart)

000

#1 mitski fan @csrants.bsky.social · 21/09/2026

I love how assertive John is this episode! And he punched Hal! 10/10. This one's a little weaker, but it was always going to be after the intensity of the last one. Now make him bisexual. #lanterns

Great video! Also, was this Owen dude doing that voice/editing ironically, or is he actually that cringe/smug because there's no way he's criticizing. It feels very 'pick me'. My brain feels smoother listening to him talk :(

Hottake today, but why do superhero media imply queerness when there isn't any? Just don't do it. There's literally no reason for you to do that unless you wanted to bait queer people. Insane number of times this has happened.

Why are we implying Hal is queer and not John Stewart :') he's literally bisexual he told me himself. Also, good episode! John, they don't deserve you go back to art school and live your best life. #lanters

Is this my sign to just get the Guardians of the Galaxy game instead. I know that one's good for sure :')

#1 mitski fan @csrants.bsky.social · 11/09/2026

Yesss I'd love to hear your thoughts on it when you play it! I'm also ok with mid gameplay. I'm not really interested in gameplay unless it's like shooters or rpgs personally.

#1 mitski fan @csrants.bsky.social · 11/09/2026

Still buying it personally, I've been waiting and saved for it this month :') I hope it's good story wise too, at least. Crossing my fingers.

Just watched Supergirl! So, It's not bad at all. It's fine. One thing that was jarring to me was the music choices. Idk why that's a trend. Also, I hate revenge stories that do the cliche 'this isn't you', so I wasn't gonna like it much to begin with :/ 5/10. #filmsky #dc

Tbh, maybe Spiderman blue? I'm assuming they've watched the movies or a Spiderman show. I really liked it as someone who only gets their spidey lore from those places :D

Like Rogue or Superboy with the leather jacket. You're telling me that's no cool?!?!

#1 mitski fan @csrants.bsky.social · 09/09/2026

Idk how to draw, but imagine John Stewart wearing Hal's jacket on top of his classic suit (pretty sure Hal's dead but the shows not over so who knows!) That's like 100+ aura points. I think clothes+costumes designs are cool :) #Lanterns #DC

Ik I'm glazing, but the weekly release of Lanterns episodes is the best thing ever. I've been thinking abt tonights all day at work :')

000

#1 mitski fan @csrants.bsky.social · 06/09/2026

And give it more than 8 episodes. Can we at least have 12 or 15 Mr. Gunn? Yeah I'm still salty about Mk, Wonderman, and Spiderman Noir. :'/

Tbh the best Pr for the Dcu rn is to confirm season 2 of Lanterns already since Marvel has been canceling shows.

Genuinely the best dynamic in the game to me. Crazy he wasn't romancable.

Can I b honest and say I thought Hal Jordan was the worst Lantern and a new one because I fell for the Ryan Reynolds Propaganda (I was 10) and all I've ever known is John Stewart (Justice League show) I guess Hal is fine and not as lame as I thought. John's still my goat though <3 #lanterns

Marvel tokon should add Mystique's Brotherhood since it's a fighting game. Like, obviously her, Blob, Destiny, Pyro, Rogue, Avalanche. I don't know anything about Tokon tho tbh.
