I signed up to run ten 5Ks in November. Ran one on Nov 1st. Ran 3.11 miles yesterday. Meant to get in an easy 2 miles this morning - ended up running 3.5 miles. I’m still running tomorrow and I have a 4 mile outdoor run this weekend. I’ll be done in a couple weeks at this rate. Sheesh!

I messed up my right leg when I was in Cali in July. I messed up my left leg a week and a half ago. I haven’t been running and I miss it REAL BAD. Work is hard for me without running. I have a drs appt on Mon. I’m hoping this won’t keep me outta my 5K in Sept & 10K in Feb. I’m ok, but I’m not ok.

Day 2 of the NRC app trippin. I ran a whole ass mile in 12:48 and it reported I ran 0.03 miles. So I ran ANOTHER 3.14 miles because I was irritated. A total of 4.14 continuous miles. Longest ever. So yay me! Kicking off 10K training early! #blackskyfitness #onmywaytoruna5k #onmywaytoruna10k
