For any folks who have original art or photos on Instagram disable Meta AI on your settings. Otherwise other users can use Meta AI to remix your stuff. In the app, settings, sharing and reuse, disable. It's about halfway down the page of settings. Be sure you're on the latest version of the app.

I just use the built in voice memos app on the iPhone. It dumps out m4a files that sync to my desktop, and then I toss those to the Whisper.cpp model using distil-whisper v3 Large. There's a one-click zsh script that processes it all.

This is why Elon's DOGE is going to be a disaster for the USA if he's allowed to implement it with his model (which I'm sure he will, at taxpayer expense). It's the only AI model, with a naive prompt, that is all too happy to help discriminate against others.
