I was at laurel hill cemetery watching. It was a whole ordeal. They backed across the bridge to switch tracks, pulled out forward back towards Conshohoken, then started backing up towards South Philly.

Some data centers in cities are necessary though. There is an important data center in the middle of Philadelphia, which has to be there because that’s where all the buried fiber optic lines run to. Most people’s Internet connections run through that building.

Angelos is on the way and I’ve heard they’re great, but really South Philly is filled with amazing food, so as long as you don’t go to pat’s or Genos you can’t go wrong. Jim’s on south street is a good option too. They have a fun atmosphere and also makes great steaks.
