[9] Not a nitpick but I do kind of wish they would've went with like, Lily Pad threatening to blackmail the toys by recording them or taking pictures of them with her camera. I know this would've been predictable but in my opinion, it makes sense. But overall, I think Toy Story 5 is a solid 7/10.

[8] Toy Story 5 could've definitely had another 20-30 minutes. But that's just my opinion, though. They had 3 different subplots to merge into one big plot in the end with the army of Buzz's, the one group of toys with Bonnie then the other group of toys with Blaze. It feels a little strained.

[7] So now you have to compress the story into something hopefully still coherent all while having to cut out tons of stuff that otherwise would've benefited the story. You have to rush through it and skim over stuff and I don't really like that. It's the problem I had with the SMB Movie.

[6] --things happen too quickly. This is the thing I hate about some movies, they have such an ambitious stage set for the story to unravel, but they only have a short runtime. Picture this, you have an ambitious story you wrote the and only amount of time you have to tell that story is in an hour.

[5] I don't think I can recall Mrs. Potato Head or Ham literally speaking at ALL in the movie. But that's more of a gripe than a nitpick but oh well. I would've loved to see how Mr. Potato Head's wit go against someone like Lily Pad or something. But anyway, the other nitpick I have really is that--

[4] First off, I wanna kind of talk about my slight distaste for introducing more and more toys to the main cast. I feel like a lot of them share the same kind of personality traits and all as the OG cast. And speaking of the OG cast, they basically do not talk at all in the movie. Which is a shame.

[3] --Toy Story 1 where the toys feel like they're getting replaced by another better, bigger toy and whatnot but it's done decently with the Lily Pad tablet because this is something that's genuinely happening, toys are being replaced by iPads and shit nowadays. I do have a few nitpicks though.

[2] From what they showed in the trailers and such for Toy Story 5, I was honestly expecting a half-assed nostalgia bait cash grab movie because of the references to the first movie. But I'm happy to say the movie isn't that at all. It does follow the same formula as--

[1] After watching #ToyStory5, I gotta say it's honestly pretty good, to my surprise. It's INFINITELY better than Toy Story 4. Toy Story 4 was really bad. Animation was good but man... The story was complete ass. But I'm happy to say that Toy Story 5 honestly kind of exceeded my expectations.

--it's much like a hurricane. Once you pass the storm and enter the eye of the hurricane, you're back in the storm again. It definitely had some funny moments especially with ROB. But otherwise, I think this movie is alright. I'd give it a 6/10. Just for the visuals, music and of course, Rosalina.
