Breaking: A federal judge sides with Washington, Oregon, and Minnesota and has just blocked Trump's anti-trans EO banning care under the age of 19 via a TRO. This is the second federal judge in a row to conclude that the President's EO is likely unconstitutional.

I'm sad to share that the trans vet that took her life outside the VA last week was apparently Elisa Rae Shupe. She's someone many of us know - she was responsible for the mass email leak that let us know how the ADF, Heritage, etc planned to enact trans eradication we see today. RIP Elisa.

Happening now: Montana's Senate Judiciary is hearing a bill that would impose a 25 year statute of limitations on ADULT trans care. It could result in a ban of all trans care in Montana given that physicians would be uninsurable - normal statute for medical care is 2 years. Watch here.

I'm seeing a few reports of this, but I can't confirm this is widespread. I have been told a separate passport office is no longer processing changes, but new apps will go by your BC and renewals by your current info. There's a lot of confusion out there on passports and no real answer yet.

These executive orders on banning federally funded entities from recognizing trans people or disallowing them from using the bathroom are not self-executing or immediately enforceable. They require formal rule making at a minimum. They are a scare tactic. Ignore and do not comply in advance.

HB121 passes the Montana House of Reps 58-42, the first bathroom ban to pass in 2025 a legislative chamber. The bill would ban trans adults from state and local owned bathrooms of their gender identity. By virtue, it would also target rep Zooey Zephyr in bathrooms. Sad day for trans Montanans.
