v2.1.0 of §Blawx is now live, along with a Blawx-MCP server v0.2.0b that allows your agentic AI to write §Blawx code for (or with) you. This is why I started on v2 years ago. All the strengths of symbolic AI, generative AI, and you, combined. #RulesAsCode #LegalTech app.blawx.dev/content/ai-g...

I see a lot of people here dunking on a software dev who thinks that law is code. As a person who ought to know (grad degree in computational law), let me point out two things that can be true at the same time: 1. Laws are not code. 2. Interpretations of law can be encoded. 1/

Interesting post on Kurt Cagle’s Substack “The Ontologist” open.substack.com/pub/ontologi.... Gives equivalent of our “AI sandwich” (osf.io/8v5bd) for how people now use LLMs with knowledge graphs - LLM translates human’s English question for KG, then translates KG's answer into English for human.

Data is never ‘collected’, it is only *generated*. This isn’t merely a pedantic semantic gripe; by misrepresenting ‘data’ as something that exists in nature & has only to be scooped up, evasion of accountability for data harms has already begun Data doesn’t exist until someone constructs it
