The world is a disgusting place, filled with corruption and abuse at every level of society. Exploitation is intrinsic to western civilisation - only by exploitation can you reach the "top". I am certainly not debating that. London, where I live, was built with blood, and nothing has changed.

No, I speak for the men who struggle on a daily basis to care for their families, to do the right thing, to be good people. Hatred without boundary isn't good for anyone. I do not think anyone is stupid here, we can only make judgements based on our life experience.

Some men care for others their entire lives. Some men are not capable of sexual assault. Those men are not the ones in the group chats and not the ones in bars and clubs drugging women.. or abusing their own family members. These men do exist.. but you're far less likely to meet them than predators.

Can't really argue with that. It's a shame because we have as much capacity for inspirational acts of kindness as we do for evil, but then the evil half of humanity just happily destroys and exploits any kindness it comes across. I for one look forward to our independent AI overlords taking over.

Sam Altman saying they are working towards AI conforming to standards of human behaviour (in the wake of them hacking websites) is laughable. Human behaviour is greed, corruption and depravity. Not really the goal we should be aiming for.
