I’m now going down this lovely rabbit hole and from my initial searching, it increases protein synthesis. According to the wikipedia, the effects are near anabolic steroids, but safer. There is very little long term research on humans, and there are anecdotal claims of worsening gum disease.

A 500MW Coal plant burns 1.4M Tons coal to be conservative. The price of coal right now is $100/Ton. That’s $140M/12 months. A nuclear plant of similar output costs about $200M *TOTAL* per year to operate. Nuclear comes out to be about 20% more expensive per mWh in the US, but that will decrease.

Why does this attack nuclear? There are ZERO airborne emissions, nuclear waste can be recycled and refined, and they only cause health issues when mismanagement leads to disaster (unlike coal, which does that no matter what). Gen 3 reactors are literally airplane-resistant, they’re that safe.
