I have a lot of trauma and a lot of things that have caused PTSD and I never realize when it's the PTSD hitting me until I'm in the thick of it for an extended period of time. It's not just flashbacks. The anger and volatility and extreme sensitivity to emotional stimulation is unhealthy at best.

I've had to mentally relive a lot of shit bc of everything happening, and I've just been mad in general about it, and the anger and opening old wounds has done a number on me. A 4 day break has done a small amount of help I guess, at least I don't have to see it all day and feel I need to engage.
