Cops love to kill people having mental health crises and claim it was self-defense or suicide. Whoever this was, be it David Wilcock or someone who simply lived in the area, may have been yet another victim of everyday police brutality.
What exactly happened on April 20, 2026?

According to law enforcement officials, the first responders in Boulder County received a 911 call at approximately 10:44 a.m. (ET). The emergency communication specialist who attended the call suggested the caller was experiencing a mental health crisis. When deputies arrived, they encountered a man outside holding a weapon. Within minutes, he used it on himself and was pronounced dead at the scene.

People who believe in ritual abuse/alter programming often claim Dr. Colin Ross is a respectable doctor and not at all a conspiracy theorist. Here's an unhinged paranoid ramble about Halloween trick or treating from his own book, Satanic Ritual Abuse: Principals of Treatment. #conspiracytheories
Text that says: The second great secular myth of our culture, Hallowe'en, involves collecting Caesar's bounty in sacks and devouring it, in the form of Hallowe'en 'treats' while goblins, witches, and ghouls roam the landscape in demonic revelry. The cry of 'trick or treat' is a culturally disguised memory of the trickery of the Infernal Serpent, a mythology which makes it psychologically acceptable to have sex with children, since they are demonic, serpentine seducers of adults, and exploit adults for gifts of candy.

Tumblr post from user theconcealedweapon, made April 7 2026. It says:
I've noticed a pattern that Trump has.

He does something evil. People then worry about how evil he can get. Then, he creates a feeling of relief by being less evil. That feeling of relief is what allows his supporters to continue supporting him. If he always did the most evil thing he could do at any given time, he'd lose supporters eventually. But by giving relief every once in a while, those who were starting to consider abandoning him will no longer be motivated to do so.

It's a common pattern that abusers have. Those who are drawn to abusers can be manipulated into staying as long as there's relief every once in a while.
