A culture not built on our own experience but through understanding others. By inviting everyone to the table, everyone experiences authentic belonging. Belonging that doesn't say, 'we care about you' it says, 'we need you'... 🙏🏼

With the @findingmyvoice.bsky.social Authentic Oracy approach we have developed the first stage as 'Expressing'. This acknowledges that before I can collaborate I need to be competent in understanding and expressing. Hopefully this negates the potential for missing speech and language.
