In 1965 Andrew Wilkinson defined #Oracy as 'the ability to use the oral skills of speaking and listening'. He wanted to bring this essential area in line with Numeracy and Literacy.

We have looked to deeply disrupt the concept of behaviour being a separate entity in schools. Behaviour is curriculum. @findingmyvoice.bsky.social supports colleagues to make Personal Development an intentional part of the culture the curriculum and the classroom.
